We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Any pupil or parent/guardian information stored in spreadsheets, documents, or other temporary formats is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

For ongoing records, we retain pupil and related parent/guardian information for up to 6 years after the pupil has completed their classes, after which it is securely deleted.
